Is there a way to see how much a lead score changed in a set time period?

For the life of me I can't figure this out. I am trying to see a list of leads who had a lead score increase of X points in a thirty day time frame.
So far, all I'm seeing is a filter allowing me see that a lead score simply changed, and not the ability to see by how much.

Any help would be great!
