Is there a way to see a queue of list imports and their status?

Is there a way to see a queue of list imports and their status? I'm importing customer lists to email campaigns and I would like to see the full list with a progress status for each.

there is no place where you can see all the lists being imported

This could be because Marketo treats list imports from UI and API the same way and doesn't yet have a filter to show manual imports. It would be a good item for their Roadmap.
