Is there a way to report on how many leads are being passed from Inside Sales to Outside Sales?

Is there a way to report on how many leads are being passed from Inside Sales to Outside Sales each month if you don't have Revenue Cycle Analytics? We have our RCM set up but I can't see how to get the data we need out of it.

In the first scenario, you can use the "Revenue Stage was Changed" filter. This will allow you to select the Stage where the Lead has been passed to Sales. Select your Revenue Model, select the amount of days that encompasses the last month, then add the "New Value" constraint where you will select the stage.

For the second scenario, can you elaborate on the process? What happens when you market to a Contact and they are interested?

What is the criteria for them to be passed? Lead Status? Point value?

Leads are fairly straight forward  - it's Lead  Status. eg.  Inside Sales Qualified to Sales in Progress

Then it gets a little more complicated because we have a situation where we market to contacts as well so contacts use Account Type. For example, Use competitive system to Prospect.

I should add for the first scenario, you will have to run this report manually every month. I would leave it somewhere safe, but you can't create a subscription where you are emailed on the first of the month or anything like that.
