Is there a way to reference a Queue created in SFDC into a Marketo Smart List?

We have created a queue for junk leads we would like to delete in the system monthly. I would like to have this automated to run, rather then manually pulling in the list monthly if I can.

You can use a filter like this. Select the queue and the time frame. You can create the campaign, and set the schedule as a recurring campaign to run every month.
