Is there a way to open a case if the Cases portal onthe Support site won't load and times out?

I'm having issues with my Salesforce integration and ever since last week I've been unable to load the Support Cases screen on my Support portal.. it just tries to load and then times out. I mentioned it in a support case I had going about upgrading my landing pages to secure, but recived no response on that part of the topic.
