Is there a way to get leads in a static list within a Program?

Hi, I know that it's possible to sync multiple leads (and a single lead) to a Program's static list. 

I'd like to know if there's a way to get multiple leads from a Program's static list? I've looked through the Marketo WSDL... not sure if I'm missing something.

You can specify a static list in getMultipleLeads()

    I've tried this and it doesn't seem to work. It appears that you have to mention the program name in some way. I have tried using ProgramName.StaticListName (which is usually how it appears in the Marketo UI when adding a lead to a static list). I have also tried using just the static list name. 

    Any suggestions?
