Is there a way to get a link to display Marketo lead activity without sign-in?

Our PRM application integrates Marketo leads through the REST API. We would like to display a link to the Marketo lead itself to allow viewing history before import and so on. Is there a way to do that in our UI without requiring login to Marketo?

No. If I'm understanding you correctly, you want an unauthenticated URL that contains all of a lead's history? You would have to build such a UI yourself, of course auth'ing on the back end.
