Is there a way to find where tokens are in use when they were mistakenly added to the Campaign folder?

We mistakenly added 2 tokens to the Campaign level folder. They have proliferated to all our sub-folders. We'd like to remove these tokens but they are indicating we cannot because they are in use. We thought we removed all references. Is there a way to find out where these tokens are in use?

Not sure that really exists.

They would only be in use in a flow or email that would cause such an issue.

You can always override them at the local level, so do you really need to remove them?
