Is there a way to find out if a lead deleted an email?

Does anyone know if it's possible to determine if the lead deleted the email we sent to him/her? I know we can track opens, clicks, form fill outs, etc..., but it would be interesting to see if the lead deleted the email. Any insight into this would be great!

Hey Kelly, third party tools such as Litmus are able to break down your open rate to tell you how many people delete your email, compared to who reads it. Also, they can tell you the approximate amount of time that they spent looking at it. http://litmus.com/email-analytics
