Is there a way to export a list of all emails that are live in Marketing Activities

We are currently doing a complete brand update and need to update emails that are currently live in Marketing Activities. Certain emails are creating using templates which is an easy fix, however a large portion of emails are custom HTML.

Is there a way to export all the emails so we can do an audit to determin which need to be updated and which can be archive?

Not really. If you go to Design Studio > Emails it should give you a full list, but you can't export each email. I think you can export the list...or at least see the list.

Another way is to run an email perf report for the past year, although this will only show you emails that had activity or were sent.

There is a "low-tech" approach: If you are on a PC, go to the page with all the emails and CTRL+A, CTRL+C, then paste on an excel sheet. Do that for each sheet.

Create a report in Revenue Explorer > All Reports and Dashboards > My Reports > Email List (whatever you name it)

Select the identifying columns you want to include, such as Program name and email name. Do not apply any filters. Click run and then export.
