Is there a way to display a form field selection into the reply Thank You email?

At my company we are having a one day training class at the facility. The registrants have two different days to choose from. 

In the reply Thank You For Registering Email, is there a way to display the day they selected within the email?

In the Registration Form I created, the day is selected by a drop down.

Yes you would insert the token for that date field in the email body. The token field is the icon on the bottom right of the email builder. Your "Training Date" field wll show up in the Token dropdown.
