Is there a way to create a master analytics report of a program?

Hello,

I would like to be able to see a full picture of an email program. Is there a way to pull one master report with the following information:

     - Basic email performance (delivery, bounces, open rate, ect.)

     - Clicks in email (what links were clicked, ect.)

     - Who specifically opened the email and who specifically clicked on the various links

Is there a way to make/pull a master report like this? The only way I know how to get this information is to pull separate reports and smart lists and then put them all together manually in excel.

Hi Nataliya,

The first 2 bullet points in your list are exactly what you can get out of the email performance report and Email link performance report.

The last bullet point in your list one will require smart lists.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to get all this in one report as they are by nature different.

Hi:

I would yes there is a way to do this.  You will need to have the RCA module, if so, then you can create a dashboard with all of the reports displayed in one location.

I have the RCA module.  Any idea where is the documentation on how to set up said dashboard?
