Is there a way to change the labels w/o changing the values on dropdown fields?

For instance we have a field in Salesforce that is a number field. However on our site the field is a dropdown field with a range of numbers (100 - 200, 200+, etc.). We would like the user to see a range, but have it actually populate with a single number.
