Is there a way to capture the program name that causes a lead to become MQL?

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to figure out a way to capture the program/smart campaign that drove a lead to become MQL. Is there a token I can use so I can populate a custom field with this data?

You could create a smart campaign and then create an Interesting Moment or populate a custom field. That should work.  Ignore my Smart Campaign name "Opened Sales Email".

Gerard Donnelly But wouldn't the token {{program.Name}} only bring in the program that the smart campaign is in? In my case, I would add the flow step to populate the custom field as a step in my lead lifecycle MQL smart campaign, so wouldn't it just capture the lead lifecycle program name and not the program that boosted their score to above 80 (MQL)?

You are correct. I was thinking of using trigger tokens and even forgot to put that in my reply above. You could try creating a few trigger campaigns to create interesting moments. It wouldn't give the program name but it would tell you the email, form, or webpage etc... that triggered the score change.
