Is there a role permission for Create Program?

I'm trying to create a user role where the user has access to:
- Create a program
- Import a list

Nothing more.

Is it possible to do this?

I think this should be possible, but haven't tried it. Try the following Access level:

Under Access Marketing activites, give the following permissions

-- Edit Marketing asset
-- Import List

Also under Access Lead Database, give the following permission

-- Import List

I would suggest to still keep the other features open in access mode i.e. the read only mode.

Gives them a little more access than I was hoping but it's the best I think I'm gonna get here.

I wish the access options were more granular.
