Is there a place that I can see which fields are blocked from being updated by SalesForce in marketo?

In Admin | Field Management, drag the desired field into the canvas and the Block Updates from: will show if updates from SFDC are blocked.  I don't believe there is a way to get a consolidated list for all fields, so you have to check them one at a time.

Erin, you may want to vote for the field name export should include field type Idea that suggests that Field Blocks and other data be included in the Field Name Export and has a status of "We Like It!". Hopefully that would make your life easier ;0)
