Is there a filter/trigger for "known lead"?

I have a flow step to send out an email alert if someone clicks on a link on a specific page.  How can I include a filter or trigger in the smart list to ignore this if the lead is anonymous?  Would I simply include "Email Address is not empty" filter?

You can use the filter "Is Anonymous" to filter anonymous leads out of the smartlist criteria.
