Is the Max age in the modeler business days only?
Is the max age in the modler business days only or does it take into account weekends. It makes a difference ont he SLAs that I set for my teams

It is Days.
I assume you mean RCE or RCM? It does not take into account business days. There is an Idea out there to let you designate business days and holidays.
