Is the marketo ball in the upper left corner disabled for anyone else?

Anyone else having issues clicking on the Marketo ball in the upper left hand corner? Clicking on it doesn't do anything, so I need to clear the URL to go back to the My Marketo splash screen to access other parts of the application...

No issues here... Have you tried another browser? Sometimes Marketo randomly flakes out in certain browsers.

No issues here either. I agree with Dory, try Firefox and Chrome and if that doesn't work, contact support.

Chrome isn't working, Firefox is. Wonder what the issue is...

What screen are you looking at? The superball still appears there when examining a lead record, for example, but doesn't work in that case. If you're looking at it via My Marketo, Marketing Activities, Design Studio, etc., it should work.
I recommend clearing your browser's cookies and cache for all time, as well.

I'm trying to access it from My Marketo, Marketing Activities, Design Studio, etc.

Cleared all browser settings and did a hard reset, still experiencing the issue.

Issue is only happening with my Chrome browser, which is version: 40.0.2214.91 m
