Is the email address field required on a form?

Hi,

We are doing separate pages for a one click unsubscribe from different email communications. On the landing page I want to put a opt-out survey but was wondering if I need them to enter their email address or since it is on a marketo landing page it will automatically pair the survey responses with the visitor? Or do we have to put a email address field again?

Hey Bec,

I think Marketo just adds the field as a default. You can modify the Unsubscribe form to include the survey. You may want to leave the email field there, but you can always hide it.

What option do I pick when I change the email address field to "hidden"? I wasn't sure what to put?

Not sure what you mean by option... Which form are you using for your Unsubscribe? 2.0?
