Is Marketo integration with Salesforce.com free?

I can't seem to find this info on the Marketo website.  I see that Marketo integration with other CRMs costs additional money (e.g. integration with Netsuite costs $6K per year) according to this page: [http://www.marketo.com/packages/integration-packages.php] but I can't find the same info regarding Salesforce.com.
