Hi is it possible to be able to report in a smartcampaign if a contact has accepted cookies when the landed on our website?

Well, if you see web activities – Visit Web Page, Click Link on Web Page – in a given timeframe, that means the end user has at least one device that has not rejected (analytics) cookies during that timeframe.

Of course this assumes your cookie consent framework is set up correctly and does not track people once they reject cookies, even if they had a preexisting cookie.
