Is it possible to 'rent' support for some hours?

We are in a transittion phase between colleagues, so there are 2 of us taking over. Is it possible to 'rent' your support for several hours?

Can you contact us, please? We can look at what is possible for you, a package of hours, support on the fly... We don't know exactly how many hours support we have left in our contract.
