Is it possible to measure the time gap between 2 campaigns?

Hi,

we have an eval process in place. When a lead fills out the request form for the first time > he is approved. When he fills it out again (1x, 2x, ...) he is rejected. I can find out who has filled out form more than once by looking at the rejected campaign. However I don't know how to automatically find leads who have, let's say, fills out twice the form in a 5 minute gap. Is that possible? How can I set filters? Was added to campaign 1 + was added to campaign 2 within 5 minutes.

How are you doing the rejections? If you have a status field for Approved/Reject, maybe you could do a trigger campaign that says filled out form (the eval form) AND data valued was changed to rejected in the past 5 minutes?
