Is it possible to have the same person in 2 different engagement programs?

I want to add someone to 2 different engagement programs but I heard that this is not possible.

Yes you can do this.

The question is "Is that a good idea?" because the lead will be in a mixed cadence, possibly with differing messaging that could conflict. So usually, we do not do this.
