Is it possible to create a New Smart campaign in Marketo through REST API?

I wanted to know if there is a way to Create a New Smart Campaign in Marketo through REST API. Right now i see REST APIs where id of the campaign needs to be provided. But wanted to know if we can create a campaign directly which returns the campaign id as response ?

Well, if the docs does not provide a API endpoint that enables SC creation, it means this is not possible
