Is it possible to add Favicon to the whitepaper in pdf form?
I tried searching for answer to the above question, without success. This PDF is uploaded as a file in Design Studio.

PDFs don't have their own favicons.
Some browsers will load the default favicon when displaying non-HTML assets, but I don't believe all do.
If you want full control of the favicon, don't link to the PDF directly but rather open it in a fullscreen IFRAME. Then you can set a custom favicon using the standard LINK tag.
