Is it possible to add a choice to Send Email flow step based on day of week?

Hi,

We have a email trigger campaign that asks people to call in the day after receiving the email. Our lines are closed on Sundays so we'd like to be able to change the messaging for people who are scheduled to receive the email on Saturday.

Does anyone know if this can be done? If not, possibly a workaround?

Yes, you need to use the Wait Until step with a Wait Until 8am Must End on M-Sa.
 

So that would not be in the Send Email IF step. 
 

Trigger: Lead is Created
Flow: Wait Until M-Sa at 8am 
Send Email "Call Us"
