Is it possible for an add choice to reference two fields?

I'd like to set up a step that sends an email only if "Lead Owner = PERSON" and Lead Status = "Open"

Is it possible to have AND type logic for these?

Hey Ben,

If you need this type of logic inside of a flow step, you'll need to create an external smart list includeding all of your parameters, and then use the if Member of Smart list choice type and reference the external SL.
