"Is Customer" Filter

Hello everyone.  I'm setting up a Revenue Cycle Model, and I saw a filter available called "Is Customer", with values of true/false.  Correct me if I'm wrong, but this appears to a special Marketo filter.  Any idea what data it is looking at to decide whether a Lead is a Customer or not?

Hi Deandra

It is a standard Marketo Lead field but it is not automatically mapped to anything in your CRM.  You would need to set up a process and/or a mapping to update the field so you can use it as a filter.
