Is anyone having troubles accessing support portal and having emails delivered?

Unable to access the marketo support portal - keeps timing out. Wondering if anyone else is having this issue and having issues with emails being stuck in "pending" for some batch campaigns. I have at least 3 marketo programs that are stuck in "pending" for email sends ranging from 4K to 200.

Hi Jackie,

Even I do see that support is not working for me, support page keeps on loading & ends up with time out error.

Is this still happening? I haven't been able to access the support portal in a week...
