Is anyone getting an "Error loading lead xxxxxxx" error when trying to view the lead detail?

When I click the ID on lead records in a smart list, Marketo displays a page with a large "Error loading lead #xxxxxxxx" message.  I submitted this to tech support last night, but haven't got a response yet.  I'm concerned that this may be affecting my smart campaigns.  Is anyone seeing this behavior?
