Is anyone experiencing weird behavior on progressive profiling forms?

Hi,

We're seeing some weird behavior on the progressive profiling form landing pages this morning. The fields are not appearing in the order defined in the form and it doesn't ask the next set of fields.

Is anyone else facing the same issue? I have raised a case with Support however wanted to know if anyone has faced this before and how can we fix it?
