Is an alert for this possible?

Is there a way to set up an alert if someone registers from an email that is unuiquly coded with the URL paramers?

I know I can go in a check the members tab if someone registers and I can see who drove them. But It would be great if I could get an alert if someone registers from a specific version of an email. Is this possible? If so, how can I get this to work?

Sure, just setup a campaign trigger to say

Fills Out Form X on Page Y
URL Param = Z
