Ipad Event Sync

Hi,

When we add a manual lead at an event through the app and try to sync it the pop up appears could not sync lead follwed by the undo button? Any thoughts? All roles have been assigned to those who access the app. Is there a delay in the syncing once roles are assigned?

Was the iPad connected to the wireless network at the time you clicked the "sync" button?

Yep we are connected to the wireless network and were at the time of syncing.
