Invitations to create an account is not working

We have recently added about 10 new users to our Marketo instance.  We created the invitations for these users to create an account, and they received the invitation in their email.  However, when the click in the email they are unable to create an account.

Has anyone else encountered this?

What else are we able to do?  Do we have to delete the users and try again?

Thank you both for responding.  We actually noticed that while the users had a role, the role itself did not have any permissions (which we did on purpose as we were setting the users up prior to training and had not ironed out what permissions they should have).  By not having any permissions assigned for that role, they were not permitted to log in.

Hi Erikka,

Just to confirm, you're going into Admin > Users & Roles > Invite New User.  Then the correct permissions are selected for each users.  In the invitation box, are you using the token {{LoginToMarketoLink}} ?  That should work when it is clicked on.
