Invalid Landing Page Domain

I'm trying to complete my marketo setup, and IT has informed me they've created by CNAME records for my landing page and email.  Now when I go into admin, it says "Invalid Landing Page Domain" and I also get an error for my email CNAME.  My web developer sent me a screenshot of the records, which matches what I was given in my IT configuration protocols.  What's my next step to troubleshooting this?

You may have to wait 2 to 48 hours for the DNS record to propagate across the world. Until that happens, marketo won't recognize the domain.

Thanks Josh - it's been about 2 weeks.  I've got them checking to make sure it was put on the external server and not internal.  Wonder if there are any other reasons for the error?
