invalid emails in marketo how do you make it appear in salesforce

So there are some invalid email addresses that bounced back from Marketo, but how do you sync it back to salesforce so that other people can see that the email is invalid.  Some of my colleagues send emails through salesforce or other tools and it would be great to be able to see that the email is invalid.  I'm just wondering what other people do to flag the invalid emails in salesforce, so you can look at a lead or contact record at a glance and see that the email address is invalid.

You could make sure there is an Email Invalid flag synced to Marketo's email invalid flag. SFDC does have a hidden option for this when it says "Confirm Email Address" if SFDC received a bounce.

Another method is to setup an automatic campaign:

Trigger: Data Value Changes: Email Invalid IS TRUE
Flow: SFDC Email Invalid Flag IS TRUE
Send Alert (if you want)
