Invaild Email Address

I'm new to markteo and I wanted to know how I would go about resending an email that was entered incorrectly and now has a hard bounce. I was able to get the correct email address but now what?

If you double click on a lead and go to the 'Lead Profile' page for that person, there should be a box a little ways down the page that is next to: "Email Invalid", if you uncheck that, you should be good to go!

if I were you, I would update the email address and untick the invalid record box.

thanks Cecile. I was able to update the email address but unsure how to update the record box to make the leads valid again

If you double click on a lead and go to the 'Lead Profile' page for that person, there should be a box a little ways down the page that is next to: "Email Invalid", if you uncheck that, you should be good to go!
