Internal emails on an external service

Hello All,

I would like to use Marketos tracking on emails that are regularly sent to internal staff only. 

As these email contain company confidential information, I need to confirm that the emails in our instance of marketo are private and this content does not appear in a google search.

Can anyone confirm this for me.

HI Mark,

I am not sure I understand your concern. Emails do not appear in google search. ONly Landing Pages do.

If you want to disable indexing of an LP, edit it, click the "Landing Page Actions -> Edit Page Meta Tags", and on the "Robots" field, select "No Index, No Follow".
