Internal contacts

If you want to include them on the email, or send the email to a "seed list" - the smart list would just list out their email addresses in addition to your other filters.

We have a really large company so we include any big campaigns in our marketing update email communications to the field and then they also can see the lead's interactions and the emails via MSI.

We used to include internal stakeholders in a seed list, but found that it was skewing our analytics (counting as opens, clicks, etc.) more than we were comfortable with, so now we do a combination of test emails (to internal distribution list email addresses) as well as Kim's mention of an emailed update.
