Interesting Moments - Filter Not Working
Hi,
I created a Smart List to get all the Leads which does not have interesting moments.
So I used a filter "Had Interesting Moment > Type: is Empty".
When I checked the leads of that Smart List its Empty (there are no leads).
However when I went to all Leads and opened some of leads I saw following:
Last Interesting Moment Type:
So I believe that these leads dont have interesting moments i.e. Had interesting Monents > is Empty?
I need to know if there is something wrong with my logic ? Or is there is any other filter we can use to get the leads whose interesting moment field is empty.
