Is it possible to identified interesting moments without having sales insights installed.

The smart list filter "Had Interesting Moment" would be one option. That could be used for reports too.

Furthermore the API also allows to filter by Interesting Moments.

Annabelle, are you referring to Interesting Moments, the Marketo feature or interesting moments generically?

Interesting moments can be set up outside of Sales Insight, they would just require some custom smart campaigns and fields.
