Integration with Microsft Lync

Our company is considering moving from GoToWebinar to Microsoft Lync. I know it's not on the list of Event Adapters. Anyone else use Lync? Any chance to use this with Marketo?

Yes! We are using Lync and currently a reseller parnter of Microsoft 2013 Lync. I am looking to use Marketo Event Maker with Lync....if I can figure it out.
