Integrating SalesForce objects into Marketo

Like other objects in SF (Contacts, Campaigns, Opportunities, etc.), can we integrate the Cases object (so if a case is created against a contact in SF, can we bring those data fields into Marketo (like we do with the others).

How does the Case object link up to the Lead? If it is one or two objects away it should work, if it is further it won't be supported.
