Insufficient Access Error Message

I was trying to merge 10 leads together, but after spinning for a while, a "System Error" window popped up saying, "Insufficient access rights on cross-reference id/n". (I have admin rights, btw.) Does anyone know what this means? Are there any stipulations to merging leads that I'm unaware of, like cross-partition merging or anything like that?

This is an SFDC error. The Marketo user cannot access something to merge the leads. Try merging the records in SFDC directly.

Ahh, I'm seeing now that one or more of those 10 were SFDC contacts, and you can't merge leads with contacts. It's all making sense now. Thanks!
