Inserting elements on landingpage

I've created a landing page template. When I try to insert elements in the editor (Text, images, etc.) and preview the page, none of those inserted elements move with the template whenever I expand and extract the browser. They are fixed. How can I get the inserted elements to move within the template when the browser expands and contracts?
