insert marketo field in email

I have a marketo field that I'd like to insert in to an email as a token.  I can't think how to do it; I'm sure it's easy and I'm just missing it, but hoping someone out there can point me in the right direction.

Ha!

You can do some pretty cool things with tokens. Generally, I use the first name and company name tokens. I also like to use the "Lead Owner" token in the "From email" field to make it appear that the email is coming from the sales person who owns that lead.
