Initial data load into Marketo from MS Dynamics

Hello,

We are soon launching Marketo out of its testing phase and as part of the processes we are clearing all data from our Marketo lead table in preperation for our production dataset.

Is there a way to make sure that the initial data load into Marketo contains ONLY records from the Contact table with email addresses?  Our Dynamics Lead table is a staging area and 80% of it contains random, unflagged emails that we don't want to send emails to and thus don't want to migrate over (not to mention, doing so would put us over our limit for total email addresses we are allowed to keep in Marketo).

* We are integrating Marketo with MS Dynamics 2013 onprem.

Any advise would be helpful.

Thanks!

Hey Chris,

Out of the box CRM does not let you hide records from users, so this is not a simple issue.  There are some options provided by upcoming features for the Dynamics integration which we may be able to help you with.  Please log a support ticket with some details about your needs so that we can discuss avaialble options with you.

Thanks Kenny.  Gotcha.   Instead of limiting the lead sync based on parameters, is there any way we could simply turn off syncing of leads in the Lead table from Dynamics to Marketo yet allow Leads to be synced from Marketo to Dynamics?
