inherited token is blank

Dang! So close! I've got my script worked out. But, I tried moving it up to the top level folder so it could be used by more items, and it stopped doing anything.

I can see the token as an inherited item in my program. But when I place it in my email, I just get a blank space were code-generated copy should be.

Is there an extra step I'm missing in this part of things?
